Nova Scotia Masters Swimming Provincial Championships

Location: Canada Games Center, 26 Thomas Raddall Dr. Halifax, N.S. Parking is available at no cost in main parking lot. 8-lanes, electronic timing system, plus 3 lanes available for warm down.

Eligibility: All registered MSC swimmers (or affiliated country).
Entry Fees: $45.00 per swimmer. Please make cheque payable to “Halifax Masters Swim Team”. Entry fees are non-refundable. Post dated cheques will be accepted by mail (Attn: Bette El-Hawary, 5516 Spring Garden Rd. 4th floor, Halifax, N.S. B3J 1G6) or in person during race day pickup.

Registration: Completed entry forms are due Friday, April 15th, 2016 at midnight. Please email: swimming@sportnovascotia.ca. For technical difficulties or questions please contact Bette via email (address above) or voice: (902) 497-2088. We require all swimmers to pre-register by email or regular mail by the deadline.

Meet Rules: FINA, MSC/SNC rules will govern the meet.
Meet Format: All events will be seeded by entry time. Results/scoring will be by age group (as per MSC rules). Date of birth is as of December 31st, 2016. 800m/1500m Freestyle events may swim 2 per lane as a staggered start.

Individual & Relay Scoring: 50-30-25-23-22-21-20-19

Awards: Medals for individual events will be presented during the breaks. Banner for the top overall team in Nova Scotia will be presented at the social following the competition.

Results: Will be posted on deck during the event.
