Maîtres H2O Masters
A coached swim club for adults at all levels of ability

Welcome to our new website

This site replaces the one the club has used for years and brings everything into one place: registration, the practice schedule, meets and — for those of you who compete — your swim times and personal bests.

You already have an account — please don’t create a new one

Every member account came across from the old site, along with your membership history, your registrations and your results. A new account starts empty, and none of that history can be attached to it afterwards.

Passwords could not be carried over safely, so everyone needs to sign in once to regain access. There are two ways, and both start on the sign-in page:

  1. Forgot password? — we email you a link to set a new password. Choose this if you want a password you can use from now on.
  2. Sign in with a magic link — we email you a link that signs you straight in, with no password at all.

Either way, use the email address the club already has on file for you. If that address no longer works, or if nothing arrives, please contact us rather than registering again — we will get you back into your own account.

Please check your details when you sign in

The first time you sign in, we will ask you to review the information we hold and correct anything that is out of date. Please look carefully at your date of birth: we pass it to the provincial and national swimming bodies when we register you, and it decides the age group your times are recorded under. A few of the dates that came across are wrong, which is why we are asking everyone to check.

You will also be asked to choose a password, so that signing in afterwards no longer depends on an emailed link.

New: your swim times and personal bests

If you compete, the site can now bring in your results from the Masters Swimming Ontario database, where masters results across the country are published. Link your swimmer identity once from your profile and the site keeps your race history up to date. You will see:

  1. your personal best in every event, distance and pool length;
  2. your full meet history — including times you swam for another club;
  3. the club records board, which counts the times swum in our colours.

Alongside that you will find the practice schedule, who is coaching, the workouts and the upcoming meets — and online registration when the time comes.
